Terms of Service

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Welcome to Scribble. By downloading, installing, or purchasing the Scribble software application for macOS ("App") from the Mac App Store, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and run the Scribble application on any compatible Apple macOS device owned or controlled by you, subject to the Mac App Store Terms of Service and Apple EULA guidelines.

2. Ownership of Created Work

We claim no ownership over the intellectual property of the designs, drawings, vectors, or artwork you create using the App. All files and content you draw or export belong entirely to you.

3. Fees and Billing

Scribble is a paid-upfront application sold on the Mac App Store for $0.99. Any billing, payments, transaction processing, family sharing configs, or refund requests are governed by Apple's billing policies and handled entirely through Apple Store Services.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the binary application. You may not distribute or sell copies of the software itself.

5. Limitation of Liability

Scribble is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Scribble shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

6. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the local jurisdiction rules of your region, and standard Apple EULA frameworks.
